Here's what the Cornell School of Law says:

"Naturalized citizens have all the same rights and responsibilities as a 
natural born citizen except for presidential eligibility. To be eligible 
for naturalization, an applicant must be at least 18 years old and 
deemed mentally competent."

Don't need a poem to have the right to vote... it's in our laws.
