Not having a TeeVee is also very good for peace of mind, getting stuff 
done and increasing creativity. And the beneficial effects can be further 
enhanced by drinking *strong* coffee and eating donuts with loads of sugar 
on them.
Follow these simple tips and your surroundings will matter a great deal
