I poked around Lenovo's site, and unlike the Dell or System76 workstations, there's no Linux option; they all use "Windows 11 Pro for Workstations 64". (I wonder what the "for Workstations" gets you?) Memory capacity is also a bit anemic for the high-end systems. -- -v
