I intended "concealing facts" to also include "withholding them where 
they'd be expected if known".  So, my definition is actually more 
liberal than yours.  Regardless, the operative adverbs here are 
"deliberately" and "intentionally", which, on the widely visible topic 
of national basketball playoffs, hardly applies to Harris's fuckup.
