I'm thinking he'll get sentenced to home > confinement with an ankle bracelet. The choice of punishment could reasonably consider a convict's likelihood to re-offend. Since Trump's conviction was ultimately about election interference, the judge might notice that Trump currently stands accused of at least two other instances of exactly that.
