The jury makes a finding based on the facts as presented in court. The
jury finding CANNOT BE APPEALED. How does that idiot Fred Phelps not
know this?

A judge's error in pronouncing the law may be appealed. Can bad jury
instructions be appealed? The state withholding evidence may be
appealed. Inadequate legal counsel may be appealed.

I suppose there are other grounds for appeal but I don't know what they
might be.
