As we’re discussing old whodunnits, I recently saw an episode of
a seventies series called ‘The Rivals of Sherlock Holmes.’

Caroline John played the murder victim, and Roger Delgado one of
the suspects. Sadly they didn’t have any scenes together, or
that would’ve been the closest thing to Liz Shaw meeting the
Master on-screen!
