You are a totally insane retard.

2K or 4K doesn't change the fact that there was no photo shoot. The 
images of Hartnell, Troughton, and Pertwee looked just as sharp given 
that the radius of least confusion used in the film industry for 35mm 
film renders all footage filmed in 4K effectively no sharper than 2K 
since the lenses used can't produce a sharper image than 2K 4:4:4 
resolution to begin with. With the rescaling that was present and use of 
3D modelling even SD B/W footage of their faces would have looked as 
sharp as 4K.

Provide independent evidence otherwise or else shut the fuck up.
