I went through a few apps testing them until I found one I was happy with. I probably need to do that again so I can ditch the slow CarbonCopyCloner (only use that when doing an initial full bootable backup). I did try "SyncFolders Pro", various versions, but it is utterly useless and never finds any new / altered files to copy.
