Where would she fit in? She's not EJ's daughter nor Johhny's twin, and 
Lucas is on only sporadically. They'd have to write a specific storyline 
for her and guess they haven't felt the need for it.

However, JJ's coming on in a week or two, and Jack follows, though I 
think they're just temporary.
