Oui, sans trépied pour les fleurs ou les insectes immobiles, c'est 
compliqué, surtout sans flash.
Pour les insectes mobiles, il faut solidariser l'appareil avec le corps 
du photographe.
Pendant un moment, j'ai utilisé un monopode coincé dans ma ceinture. Ça 
permet tous les mouvements pour suivre les bestioles et une fixité bien 
suffisante.
A présent, je me passe de monopode et je mets ma main gauche sur mon 
épaule droite et mon appareil sur le coude gauche, tenu par la main 
droite. Ça marche bien, plus besoin de pied ou de monopode.
