France ignored the needs of world-class athletes to live in dorms with
consistent temperatures in favor of a system that would have maintained
the cool, maybe, but national Olympic teams weren't buying it. Instead
they are bringing in their own A.C. units.

The U.S., Germany, Australia, Italy, Canada and Britain are among the
nations bringing in units.
