il me vient une idée: le disque a-t-il été finalisé après gravure? j'ai 
eu le problème avec un enregistreur de dvd (que j'ai encore), il pouvait 
lire les disques qu'il avait lui-même gravés, mais il fallait "fermer" 
ou "finaliser" le disque pour pouvoir le lire ailleurs

(chercher "finaliser un dvd rw" sur google)
