Sounds plausible what you suspect. I also thought I cancelled the
subscription months ago till suddenly the new charge appeared in my bank
account yesterday. In any case I would have eventually tried the Support
method, but I figured I try here first because of the vast experience
represented by this group, and the usual speed of info here. Thanks again.
