La lutte contre la corruption est elle aussi corrompue.

Faut être naïf de croire que la police des polices n'a pas de ripoux. Là 
où il y a des hommes, il y a de la corruption. Elle provient du peuple 
lui même qui cherche des moyens à contourner la loi
