I tried both in apple.com an apple.hu, but the interface looks the same
with no obvious way to talk to a human support person. In its place was
only an interactive question and answer option whose first question was
which charge from a list I had issue about. Of course the charge I was
about to complain wasn’t in the list, so I could not even go to NEXT
question. At end I just gave up.
