Wow. Such a simple job and you can't do it.

1. "is". Apple Intelligence ISn't currently available. So you verb in 
that sentence should have been "will" and "be". As in:

"Not only WILL the highly (rather brilliantly) advertised Apple AI only 
BE available"

2. It won't "only" be availabel in iOS 18, as macOS Sequoia will also 
support it.

So your final clause can be ignored.
