The firearms manufacturers are perennially short of cash and 
financially anemic. Reorganization or liquidation with real 
losses to shareholders are regular and have been as long as 
I've followed it (since the seventies and not getting better).

There are profitable and lucrative businesses in USA, but 
few are manufacturers and firearms manufacturers are not 
among them.
