So we got Bliss on VMS.

And we got Bliss for older DEC OS.

Are there any Bliss available for various Unix, Linux, Windows etc.?

Oracle supposedly did Bliss for Windows when they worked on Rdb for
Windows NT, but I believe that is not available.
