refill kits (yard sale) with needle tops.

Eye drop style bottles with screw caps should be a good answer. They may 
last longer in a tool box if in a metal tube. Camping stores have small 
refillable condiment containers that might work if rugged enough to not 
break. Another possibility is military rifle oil bottles.
