My understanding, Microsoft "outsourced" somekind of
security function to croudstrike, so just about all
corporate Windows systems may have this binary from
croudstrike.  I saw somewhere this morning, if you
remove that binary, Windows will work fine.  But I
guess you will be open to some security issue.

So in a way, the "buck stops" at Microsoft.
