The condensate has never shown rust color. That was more a show of my frustration with the craptacular quality of this machine than an actual expectation the tank will explode. That being said, LPS3 is some good stuff. I remember when it was introduced at a trade show and the demo guy kept spraying it into a corded electric drill and then operating it under water in a tank. Mid 70s maybe.
