I just saw it--98 pages, with meetings scheduled every day from 10AM to 3PM.

I don't know about others, but if *I* were spending mucho dinero to go 
to Glasgow, I wouldn't want to spend five hours a day in a business 
meeting.  It's all well and good to say everyone can participate (though 
if *everyone* shows up, that clearly won't work either), but making the 
buy-in fifteen hours out of the actual convention (or is it twenty?) 
almost guarantees that you will not get a broad representation from the 
membership.
