They are subject to data and accounting, dollars and cents. "We need to raise your taxes to hire full time security guards and harden all our school buildings against the possibility of assault with rapid fire guns" is a real societal issue. And BTW, "everything is subjective" removes any possibility of intelligent discussion. -- - Frank Krygowski
