Comment as-tu configuré le nouveau?
Est-ce une copie brutale de l'ancien?
S'il y a du LVM2 ou si /etc/fstab n'est pas construit avec les UUID, ça
peut être perturbant...

Pour voir les disques, j'utilise lsblk
