Got a 60W car radio, hooked it up to a 24W 120VAC adaptor

Radio gets hot in back lower middle

Also ganged red (power) & yellow (ACC) to red of adaptor
black to black

(12VDC 1020VAC adaptor had cig lighter socket on it)

I wanted a continuous power MP3 player, so..

Kinda wimpy speakers, but don't mind

Radio works fine

I twisted and taped the joints, maybe I should solder them
