Since his programming days, he's been absorbed in other ventures, which does not allow for philosophical/social considerations. He perceives himself as an Alpha Male instead of a person who gained success by others. He has not listened to Andrew Carnegie: No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself or get all the credit for doing it. I shall argue that strong men, conversely, know when to compromise and that all principles can be compromised to serve a greater principle. It marks a big step in your development when you come to realize that other people can help you do a better job than you could do alone.
