My point was, if 'cast' /was/ a reserved word, then you'd have to get it just right with no quibbling. But it isn't. A bit silly to apply just as strict rules to humans discussing topics in English. It's not as though usenet messages are going to be compiled with 'gcc -Wpedantic'!
