Well, considering I don't own a motorcycle, that obviously isn't 
referring to me, but none has actually answered the challenge:

Post a reference which states:
- Most people who buy guns do so because they are told to think
they need one.
- Many others buy one for the novelty.
- The number of people who buy guns because the _actually_
need them is minuscule.
