Possibly a way to alleviate that problem is it has to be a verified purchase and X amount of game hours played. *The most infamous part of that was having a section of players, commonly the good ones, reporting people who player artillery as they found it funny to get them banned. Strangely enough this abuse became awful behaviour and had to be stopped when players retaliated by reporting good players just for being good. The end result was that the reporting system was changed so it was in effect a placebo. You've gotta love gamers.
