I'm not sure whether you mean Play Store / Keep Notes / click icon, or 
Settings / Apps / Keep Notes / App Info / App Details in Store.

But they both take me to the same place, name App Details in Store ... 
of course! ;^)

I don't see what you're describing.  In particular, I don't see "Updates 
Available".  But under "What's new" I do see "Last updated Aug 14, 2024".

I'm hoping that when an newer version comes out, "Updates Available" 
will appear.
