Book number one of an eight book alternate history series.  I read the 
well printed and well bound POD (print on demand) trade paperback 
published by CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform in 2016.  I 
have ordered the following two books in the series.

In an alternate universe, Hillary Clinton won the Presidential election 
of 2016.  In the middle of her administration, the USA ends up split 
into two countries: the People's Republic (the west coast and the 
northeast) and the United States (flyover country).  Initially people 
can cross the lines easily but that gets more difficult as the years go 
on.  And Kelly Turnbull is a people extractor, no matter how difficult 
the extraction is.
