I'm not here to serve your, umm, "standards" (to avoid the word "idee fixe"); and you just have to accept that[*], I fear. I'm sure others here have no problem to go upward the thread hierarchy one more level to find your text that I deliberately didn't quote for the reason (still quoted above) I mentioned; I don't think they're worth quoting, they provide no argument, they were fuzzy.
