I had my big wipe out on May 20th was on my Habanero Disk bike. Actually
did not hurt the bike really at all. The right shifter was turned in a
bit and the left also but now sure why I went down on the right side.

I had just left the bike in the garage thought eventually I would get to
looking it over I have other bikes to ride. Today I put it on stand and
the bar tape ripped good on the right so I changed it out. Got the
sifters back to the regular position. This bar tape was thick and hard
to work. Seemed like it took forever and I have to restart 3 times. I
have wolf tooth plugs which are really nice to use in the ends of the
bar. However, I never seem to be able to get the tape folder back inside
the bar just nice to secure. On the whole it is an acceptable job but
far from great looking. Sometimes I see a really great handlebar wrap
and smooth even spacing that mirror each side. I sure wish I could do it.

Then check the shifting and brakes the bike shifts fine perfect and
brakes grab as suppose to. The bike survived the crash quite well with
nothing noticeable. I trade the whole bike and everything on it instead
of the crash. I would be about $2500 but what a bargain.

I am the only person who think bar taping is easy but I am shitty at it.
Disk brake hoods with the hoses are harder to do though.
