Pas sûr que ce soit seulement une simple histoire d'autorisation.

Ce que je ferais : stopper l'indexation Spotlight de la clef (1) et
réessayer de virer le dossier en question.

(1) la méthode dépend de la version de macOS que tu utilises. je vois
bien que macOS 10.14 figure dans tes en-têtes mais est-ce bien cette
version qui est concernée ?
