Usenet fit into the vision presented by Licklider and Taylor because it is a discussion plateform that gives users the possibility to express their ideas. Everyone can discuss on a subject that he knows. Moreover, users can interact with each over and it fits with the vision presented by Licklider and Taylor. But, the limits are that there is no moderation so anyone can write what he wants on whatever post he wants. Some fake news can be written on any post and people can misunderstand informations. It is also not as collaborative as Licklider and Taylor describe it.
