For instance, make sure you practice inclusive database design, such that your databases and tables don't have oppressive "Anglocentric" characteristics that may harm people, such as: * full name columns < 300 characters (so Ikponmwosa Kamiolakamioluwalamibe from Nigeria won't feel slighted) * first, middle, last name columns < 100 characters each * sex constraints of only (M,F), 'cause "sex isn't binary" * mother and father columns (should be parent1 and parent2) This sickness is actually taught at Duke University.
