Samsung Galaxy Android 13: Settings > Apps > 3dots > Special access > Appear on top > {app = yes/no} <https://i.postimg.cc/zBJyTtmM/appear-on-top.jpg> There are also a few perhaps somewhat related Developer options, such as: Allow screen overlays on Settings = yes/no "Allow apps that can display over other apps to overlay Settings screens."
