This is happening with practically every Windows update now, where the
patches keep adding new bugs to the system. And not minor bugs, but
major ones.

Microsoft simply isn’t investing as much in Windows QA as it used to.
That’s a sign that the return from investment in Windows development
isn’t there any more.
