Your ideas of fixed and complete do not make sense. Sets don't change, 
ever, and complete does not mean complete like a last object in a tea 
set, but like a set of numbers and operations with closure thus leaving 
no gaps.

This countable infinity is not built by counting all the way until 
done, it is simply an object, not a project which awaits completion 
like a tea set.
