Thanks for your input. You are 'technically' correct if a server
doesn't carry something in the control listing it is 'incomplete' or
'not full' but operationally I see the definition as more fuzzy.

NUO:news.usenet.ovh carries over 15K groups across many hierarchies and
big* groups. Therefore I now list it as a full text feed. Defining FTF
is fuzzy, especially considering alt and foreign hierarchies can be
subjective, and how many abandoned groups outweigh active groups.

I realize that it doesn't carry everything in the control server
listings, but most groups are defunct anyway. The sysop is there and
responds to inquiries so anyone wanting to add a group is not left
hanging. That's good enough for my subjective, fuzzy definition. Most
casual users don't get down into the nitty-gritty meanings of such
things so I think it's fine.
