You are 'technically' correct if a server doesn't carry something in the control listing it is 'incomplete' or 'not full' but operationally I see the definition as more fuzzy. NUO:news.usenet.ovh carries over 15K groups across many hierarchies and big* groups. Therefore I now list it as a full text feed. Defining FTF is fuzzy, especially considering alt and foreign hierarchies can be subjective, and how many abandoned groups outweigh active groups. I realize that it doesn't carry everything in the control server listings, but most groups are defunct anyway. The sysop is there and responds to inquiries so anyone wanting to add a group is not left hanging. That's good enough for my subjective, fuzzy definition. Most casual users don't get down into the nitty-gritty meanings of such things so I think it's fine. -- 3883@sugar.bug
