There are multiple Usenet providers catering for the the French language 
crew, right?  Some delete what they consider to be spam and some leave 
it in there.  Why don't those who want this stuff use Usenet servers 
which leave it up and those who don't can use servers which scrub it?
It beats you having flame wars here, 'cos everyone's position seems to 
be entrenched.
