I contacted the developer: Me: "Is there a limit to the number of files or folders that can be loaded into ReNamer and operated on with various Rules?" ReNamer developer Denis Kozlov: "No, there is no limit on the number of files or folders." I had to ask him because that's not addressed on the website or in the documentation (that I could find). It's as perfect an application as I've ever seen: - drag-drop or copy-paste files into the staging panel - create or reuse renaming rules - apply rules to see the proposed new names - edit rules as necessary - pull the trigger and rename the files https://www.den4b.com/screenshots/renamer It's another example of one proprietary developer besting the entire planet of GuhNoo/FOSS devs. irfanview (image viewer) is another https://www.irfanview.com/ HWiNFO (hardware info and system monitoring) is another https://www.hwinfo.com/ And they're all free for personal, non-commercial use. Windows is doomed.
