Except that won't work and she almost certainly knows it. When the Court overturned Roe, it ruled that the power to regulate abortion is found nowhere in the Constitution and that, per the 10th Amendment, any power not specifically granted to the federal government belongs to the state and local governments. So it didn't just find that the Judicial Branch had no jurisdiction over abortion. It found that the ENTIRE federal government has no jurisdiction over or power to regulate abortion. So even if Kammie gets Congress to pass a national abortion law, it will be challenged instantly and the Court will just apply the same test it applied in Dobbs and reach the same result: Kammie's law will be overturned as unconstitutional.
