If Russia had the ability to create a covid vaccine,
then why would Putin be begging for test kits?  Is
russian technology really just a sham?  (did Putin ever
actually *get* the russian vaccine?  or, does he continue
to cower from his visitors at the end of 10 ft long tables?)
