Like Russia has the right to an exclusive war....with no outsiders
butting in.

Why not, fair is fair...knowingly bombing civilian targets shows
Russia is not concerned about being ethical/legal aspects.

Oh, here again, Russia is asserting a "we have an exclusive right" to
take others' lands without outside interference.
