He's got a huge mental block concerning pairing/bijection models. He 
thinks we have to know what the numbers are in order to claim a 
bijection exists between two equal sets. Further to that, he claims 
Peano, Cantor, and others were wrong to claim to have addressed all 
natural numbers or rational numbers and found a bijection.
