But Leo didn't add mung bean noodles.  He added Ramen noodles.  It 
worked for him.  Not something I'd add to my idea of chicken & noodles 
but hey, Leo also loves the San Francisco Treat (Rice-A-Roni) which is 
rice with vermicelli.
