The King of Edom source: Rav Avraham Shira link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9S-elju9ar8&t=272s Someone wrote a reply under this, along the lines of "if you 'moshiach' are reading this, then I support you and you will succeed". Exact text below in quotes. Reply ... The masses are idolatrous, including Israel and their Rabbis, and I think this causes some people to then take these idolatrous ideas and feelings - which are usually quite childish - and apply those feelings to themselves. Like so: _the masses just want "someone who is fairly nice & honest" to be their King and god, and since I know I care and am fairly honest, then I guess that applies to me._ It is a similar thing as "being possessed" only happens in Catholic areas, because they believe in it. Then when people get under great stress, they start living these superstitions and weirdness of their surrounding culture, and interpret what is happening to them through that lense. Example: if you hear voices in Catholic areas, you are possessed by the devil (probably), while if you hear voices in Protestant areas or just less religious or scientific oriented areas (secular), probably your brain was malfunctioning somehow, and you do not think you are possessed. You then get treated differently and treat yourself differently as well. The surrounding culture is creating these events. What you guys are probably doing, is taking these simplistic childish feelings and ideas of the people, their need to have a big father again and not take care of things themselves, and you apply that to yourself. You think that is it, and then you follow that line of thought of the people through, which is that this fairly nice and caring person becomes the King and everyone will live happy ever after. If you go even full out on it, you may believe you are talking to the Creator himself (which notably is a death penalty in the Torah if you claim that, but your predictions do not come true, something to remember I guess). A lot of people get told as children that there is a god in their head they can talk to, and so they believe that, true or false. This then becomes the whole thing in their minds: they are fairly honest and caring (not liars, just as you say, not liars at all), they want the best thing for everyone, and then just run with this idea that is in that culture and apply it to themselves - which may be fairly reasonable. Reasonable, not according to the Torah really, but according to these vague feelings of the people, who themselves rarely if ever care about the Torah (the Rabbis stopped caring about the Torah some 21+ centuries ago when they overthrew the Jubilee on land with the lie recorded in Rambam Shemita 10:8, I guess that says enough). Nobody really cares about the law and the Torah, and so all that remains of all this is the vague emotions of idolatry of the people, including the jewish people. Very much including them. They - the Jewish people - are quite idolatrous and they worship their Rabbis, their Rebbes, their Sages. Everything these people say they take as absolute facts with or without proof, it doesn't matter to them. They have the tendency to think that _their_ Rabbi will be 'moshiach'. It is idolatry, they are a strongly idolatrous people. This is potentially one of their biggest problems. They ignore the Torah, and worship some idols who go against it, and that doesn't matter to them at all. What is left is this vagueness, and then people apply it to themselves and think like _well, if that's all you're looking for, then I can do that._ Then they believe that once they will be the King, they can just order the 3rd Temple to be build, and even though they might not know almost anything, they think it will all work out fine because after all, they care about people, and not understanding things also means, not knowing that you don't know. Just hang out and be the King, and that's it. If you don't understand the complexities, you don't understand that this is not going to work out. The religion makes this worse, because people who think they are 'moshiach' will then just think that the Creator will help them with everything. All this is idolatry and a mistake, I am sorry to say. It doesn't matter who or what 'moshiach' is, this is irrelevant except to idolators and fools. It matters what is the truth, and how to live. Not the truth about who is moshiach (sigh), but the truth about important topics, things the Government(s) are and need to deal with. It ranges from the quality of the drinking water, to what is the currency and - of course - how to make common decisions and so much more. The whole 'moshiach' thing is nothing but a nuisance. Craziness in a crazy world. Nevertheless, it looks like heaven may be willing to help the jewish people despite their incredible ignorance, idolatry and disloyalty to the Torah, and run the whole thing according to their culture. There is nothing anyone is going to be able to do about that, if heaven made this decision, or should even want to. The Jewish people will be Redeeemed, however few it may be that wish to return to the truth (probably not many, very possibly also almost no Rabbis will return to the truth or even literally they may all end up being traitors and end up thrown out forever). If heaven however decides differently, then there will never be any 'moshiach' and this whole culture and religion will also die and end up being disproven. Would that ultimately be a problem ? I think not, but then again, this is a world of fools, and so if the Jewish people are not seeing their thing come true, then what Nation is going to be the example and allow itself to be corrected, what Nation will stop their abuses against each other and choose peace ? So we go back again to the Tanach, where it says somewhere (if I recall): _again_ Israel will be chosen. An amount them will return to the truth, and live a life dedicated to Justice & Peace. This will then be the 'Lamp to the Nations'. Personally, I hope that they manage it without any Kings, but unfortunately they may be too unruly and chaotic to make that happen (yet), as the prophets already said apparently. So it is all a big sadness and a disgrace, that Israel needs a King and all that, and all this trouble regarding some otherwise not even too complicated problems regarding Justice. Humanity however just refuses to come to its senses and to live even half way correct, as we see now with World War 3 being put together. This whole world is messed up. It is shocking to see, how the Jewish people refuse to admit they have been lying about the Torah for more than 2 thousand years already. If my program would be of any interest (I worked very hard on it), you would see that the 'moshiach proper' so to say, the actual King of Israel, would end up being elected by them. I already suggested many times also, that they should honor their own prophets and forefathers in this sense. They have records of who descended from King David, literally the names. All they have to do is elect 10 of those, and the oldest would be King. A King, without any power. I realize that my proposal doesn't interest anyone, but like I said, there are reasons for these proposals, logical reasons, all written out of course. I also know people don't care about logic or reason, and so they think if someone claims that, it usually is stupid, and if it's not, people will end up _making_ it stupid. Such is the world, but it cannot keep going like this. The bombs are too big. People are mindless right now, including the Rabbis and the jewish people, never mind the rest. However, then the nukes come down and the dying starts for real, people will be forced to grow up fast. Perhaps then, a few will care. If not, humanity is perhaps best almost entirely destroyed and put back in the Stone Age - for its own good. Such will be the cost of stupidity and evil. Hence you see, none of you and including me, you have zero chance to be this 'moshiach' in the system as I propose it - because you aren't even Jewish, and if you are you aren't descending of King David or if you are, you will unlikely be elected, and if you are elected you only have a small chance to be top 10, and if you are top 10 you only have a small chance to be the oldest of the 10. Then you think of course, but this system is merely your private psychoses. Fine, think that, it may end up that way of course. That is certainly possible. I however will continue to push on it, hoping for the best ;-). * End reply. -- Economic & political ideology, worked out into Constitutional models, with a multi-facetted implementation plan. http://market.socialism.nl
