Hmm!! New theory!! .... You know how The TARDIS changes peoples speech 
so it always seems the characters are speaking ENGLISH??

Well, maybe, all along 'The Doctor' looks like 'The Blob' but The TARDIS 
changes everyone's apparence so all the characters appear acceptable to 
The VIEWER (of which ever RACE they are)!!
